Each year U.S. homeowners remodel 10.2 million kitchens and 14.2 million bathrooms. That is a lot of design projects for a design student to potentially get involved in. The outlook for 2017 is that this number will grow. In the kitchen and bath industry you can have successful work as a designer, of course, or a role in research and development or as a product rep for any of the suppliers to this $134 billion industry. In addition to design firms, this industry includes manufacturers of hardware, lighting, stone, fixtures, and appliances, to name a few of the hundreds of products to be specified. Joining the
