Summer is such a great time for farm to table food. There is something so appealing about touring the farm and seeing the tomatoes ripening on the vine, leafy greens, fresh melons and other delectable veggies that found their way to your dish.
I am thankful to Sub Zero-Wolf-Cove for the opportunity to visit their facility in Madison, Wisconsin, this August and experience the products, company culture, and some wonderful farm-fresh food first hand. Our industry is full of opportunity for hands-on learning and brand bonding. MTI Baths, Monogram, JennAir, and American Standard are among the companies currently offering designer excursions from several days to one-day “party bus stay-scursions.” I urge you to reach out to a Council member if you are interested in participating in future events.
