JOB POSTING: Kitchen Design Sales Person at In House Kitchen Bath Home

High-end kitchen cabinetry dealer in New York City seeks full-time Designer. Retail showroom specializes in the design of cabinetry and related products for residential spaces in Manhattan and the New York Tri-State region.

Core responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients/architects/designers, preparing initial design concepts and quotes, creation of formal construction drawings in AutoCAD, specifying cabinet orders, coordinating purchase and delivery of materials, initial jobsite survey, and subsequent site visits as necessary. Additional responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers in the showroom and contributing to Houzz profile and website updates.

AutoCAD experience required. 2020 Design and Sketchup experience preferred. Construction knowledge, design experience, and knowledge of cabinetry are all a plus. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated with strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the proven ability to learn new skills in a supportive but fast-paced environment.
