March Chapter Meeting: Luxury Ventilation at Sub-Zero Wolf Cove

NKBA Manhattan Chapter members met last month for a CEU presentation at the Sub-Zero Wolf Cove showroom in the A&D Building. The topic covered was luxury ventilation options, a critical point of functionality when designing kitchens and specifying appliances. Presented by Bianca Olsson, trade representative with Sub-Zero Group, the course discussed the impacts of cooking on indoor air quality, and how those impacts can be mitigated by proper ventilation. The group reviewed what to look for in specifying a ventilation system, and how to specify the best system for the unique circumstances at hand.
