Hastings Tile & Bath to Present Course on Design at METROCON

On August 9th at METROCON Expo & Conference, Bob Gifford, Director of Business Development for Hastings Tile & Bath will be presenting an engaging course entitled, The Influence of Scandinavian Design on Modern Bathrooms and Its Technology.

The course provides a history of Scandinavian design and looks at how that aesthetic continues to drive both the technology and design of today's’ faucets, showers, plumbing fixtures and accessories.

Participants will learn about the latest offerings in in-wall shower systems, including installation methods, mounting options and why it’s critical to create a mold-free environment and other key benefits of this type of in-wall system. They will also learn about electronic faucets and design options for modern plumbing fixtures and accessories, the latest high-end designs and technologies, as well as how to evaluate and specify products.
