The June 25 Manhattan Chapter Meeting saw a Zoom gathering of members who enjoyed "California Cooking with Chef Jenny Messing" at the Fisher & Paykel HQ kitchen and showroom in Costa Mesa, Calif. Chef Jenny demonstrated how to make salmon tacos on the Pro Series 36" Cooktop and Double Wall Oven. The afternoon concluded with a virtual tour of the showroom.
