Berries full of antioxidants, Ginger and Turmeric, which reduce inflammation, Spirulina, which is an algae containing all essential amino acids that your body needs, make this smoothie a super healthy and tasty way to start your day.
1 cup frozen berries
1.5 cups plant milk
1 TBS plant-based protein powder
1 dash Spirulina
1 chunk Ginger to taste
1 small chunk turmeric
Combine in blender and mix well.
Makes TWO small drinks or one large one.
